Payment Details:

A Reservation Downpayment of at least 30% is required upon Reservation of an Event to SECURE the desired date.

An Event Date is NOT GUARRANTEED to be on the SCHEDULE unless the Reservation Downpayment is made.

Reservation Downpayment is NOT REFUNDABLE if cancelled by the Guests, or they CHANGED their minds.

The 70% balance must be paid upon entry on the Reserved Date of Event
Bookings, Confirmations and Cancellation Policies:

Booking shall take place at least 48 hours before your Reserved Event Date(s).

Confirmation must be made 24 hours before entry on the Reserved Event Date(s).
Payment Details:

Check in and Check out must conform with the time cut off on the Mutual Agreement Contract between parties.
Lessee Responsibilities:

​All Children and Elderlies must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. The Lessor will not be held liable and responsible for any untoward accidents resulting in injury.

The Lessor and staff will not be held liable in any losses of the Leasses's Valuables.

Damages or Loss in the Resort Premises whether intentional or accidental will be the responsibility of the Lessor. The damages must be paid prior to leaving the Resort.

Please use Trash Cans provided to separate waste and to prevent injury to others.

For Overnight guest, kindly tone down music by 1:00am as required by the Park Merced HOA.
Additional Charges:

Charges may apply upon request of rental items such as extra beds and cooking utensils.

Extra hour beyond contract price will be charged at PHP 1,000 per hour.
